We understand that sometimes life throws you a curve ball & you cannot attend an event. Any ticket purchased through the EventsinRiga.com box office is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event start time (unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase).
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket and include the name, email address, transaction ID or ticket code you wish to refund.
- Within 24 business hours EventsinRiga.com will refund your entire payment minus a €10 fee per ticket to your original payment method.
Note: we will not provide refunds to any other payment method or account.
