If you purchased your tickets from EventsinRiga.com & the promoter decides to cancel the event, do not worry. You are 100% protected by EventsinRiga. In this instance, we will provide you with an email that your event has been cancelled or changed.
If your event is cancelled:
You will receive a 50% full refund within 1 business day following the notice of cancellation to your original payment method. We will then represent you in the necessary legal procedure to obtain the remaining balance. In most cases, this does not require an additional delay. If there are legal or criminal proceedings, your balance payment may be delayed by third party law enforcement or judicial services.
If your event has been rescheduled:
You will receive a voucher to repurchase your tickets to the new event or a future event on EventsinRiga.com. You can still follow our refund procedure & request a refund if you do not wish to attend the rescheduled event.
